Had our 12th year holiday 2020 with David. Enjoyed as usual despite some Covid restrictions. Have just booked for this year and are very much looking forward to it. Cottage clean and comfortable we are always well looked after. Thank you David roll on September.

Another lovely holiday spent in Seagull. We always enjoy our time here so peaceful and David always makes us feel very welcomed. This time met Benji. Looking forward to our next visit already.

Well appointed cottage for self-catering in a lovely peaceful location next to the Donkey Sanctuary and handy for Sidmouth and the coast. Third year here in Puffin as our base for the Sidmouth Folk Festival and always been made to feel very welcome. Would be nice to have a re-'fresh' for next year.

What a lovely place! Very comfortable , quiet cottage with great walks around the beautiful Donkey Sanctuary for us and the dog. Thank you David for being such a welcoming, helpful host and giving us tips for places to walk. We enjoyed our few days here and will certainly return when in the area.
