SEAGULL has 2 bedrooms, one with a standard double bed, the other with a 3ft.single bed. A cot can be accommodated if necessary. The kitchen has an integrated fridge, electric oven, ceramic hob with extractor fan, and a microwave oven. The bathroom is fully tiled with a walk-in glass shower enclosure with a seat, a heated towel rail, underfloor heating and an extractor fan. Hair dryers and irons are provided. The living area has the living area has 2 tub chairs, a wall-mounted flat-screen colour television, a DVD player, radio/CD player, and a small breakfast bar with 2 high stools; please note there is no dining table in Seagull.. All windows and doors are double-glazed, and there is thermostatically controlled electric heating throughout. There is an on-site laundry with 2 washing machines and a tumble drier. Each cottage has its own private south-facing patio with a table and chairs, well-established and colourful planting/ trellis screening. The four cottages share an enclosed lawn and garden area, ideal for small children.

The bathroom is fully tiled with an enclosed walk-in shower cubicle with seat, a heated towel rail, underfloor heating and an extractor fan. Hair driers and irons are provided.
